2. Can You ship tickets overseas?
Yes, we can ship tickets to addresses in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Australia, Israel and Europe. The shipping address has to match the billing address listed on the purchaser's credit card.
3. It's the day of the event, are you able to sell me tickets?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on the same day of the event. They will be delivered by email or local/will call pickup.
4. Why can't I purchase a certain quantity of tickets?
Ticket sellers only have a specific ticket quantity and do not wish to be left with a single ticket. Single seats are the most difficult to sell. Ticket sellers will break odd numbers out of ticket groups that already have an odd number.
If a single ticket cannot be selected from the drop down box associated with the ticket group, then a single ticket cannot be sold.
5. What does e-ticket or Ticketfast mean?
E-tickets are tickets that are emailed instead of printed from the original box office. In the secondary ticket market, we either ship or email them.
6. Can I collect the tickets myself?
For local pick up, check for "local pickup" or "will call" options in the notes.
7. Are these tickets real?
While Ticketnetonline is not affiliated with any box offices or any venues, all of the tickets in our inventory are real tickets to actual events. We take ticket fraud very seriously and it's our goal to provide you with consistent accurate customer service. Our reputation depends on it.
8. How come the same or comparable seats are different prices?
We are a network of secondary market ticket sellers. Different ticket sellers, who predetermine their own asking prices, post their inventory on our websites. This means that the price of a ticket does not always determine the quality of a seat.
